AdvoCare 24 Day Challenge Daily Guides

The 24 Day Challenge is a fantastic program to feel better and lose weight.  For those of you just getting started, it can be hard to get your bearings.  For those who are used to eating on the run, getting six smaller, well planned meals in can be difficult.  To assist you in your life transformation I am including some different views of the daily schedule.  I'm hoping one of them will work for you.
